Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about selling your car with Kash My Car.
Valuation
Is the online valuation guaranteed?
No. The online valuation is an estimated range based on the information you provide. Your final offer, if one is presented, comes after a free inspection.
What information affects the valuation?
The valuation flow captures the vehicle, year, mileage, regional specification, ownership, overall condition, accident history, major mechanical issues, and finance status.
Why can a final offer differ from the online range?
The inspection may reveal information that was not available during the initial online valuation.
Inspection
Is the inspection free?
Yes. The inspection is free, and the available inspection option, location, and appointment time are confirmed during booking.
How long does an inspection take?
The exact duration will be confirmed with your appointment.
What should I prepare?
Make sure the vehicle is accessible and have access to the vehicle registration details. Any additional document requirements will be confirmed with your appointment.
Vehicle Eligibility
What if my car still has finance?
Tell us in the valuation flow. We can help coordinate your outstanding car loan settlement as part of the sale.
Can I submit a non-GCC vehicle?
Yes. The valuation flow supports GCC and imported vehicles. Submitting the vehicle does not guarantee a final offer or purchase.
What if the car has accident history or mechanical issues?
You can disclose both during valuation. Your final offer depends on the vehicle's condition at inspection.
Offer & Payment
Do I have to accept an offer?
No. There is no obligation to sell, and an offer is not accepted unless you explicitly agree.
What happens after I accept an offer?
We handle the RTA transfer and required sale documentation, and payment is completed at the time of sale.
When is payment marked complete?
Your status page only shows payment completed once it has actually been confirmed, not simply because a payment was started.
